A Tail of 4 Paws Animal Rescue is a foster based rescue formed in August 2015 by great friends having the same goal; placing unwanted, homeless dogs with loving, caring people. A Tail of 4 Paws Animal Rescue is a foster based rescue formed in August 2015 by great friends having the same goal; placing unwanted, homeless dogs with loving, caring people. We met volunteering for a local animal rescue and knew that one day we wanted to start our own rescue. While volunteering, we had met some amazing people who we now call friends and fosters that supported our vision.Our rescue has a 501(c)3 status with the IRS, and is approved with the Illinois Department of Agriculture. Additionally, the organization is 100% run by volunteers.
